1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Master Table, LLC (“Master Table,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates

www.mastertable.com

. This policy describes personal information handled through our public website, contact inquiries, and newsletter subscriptions.

The website advertises consulting, research, analytics, and training services. UNIT is our learning management system, and PING displays engagement analytics from UNIT. Operational course participation, account access, and organizational analytics may involve different information and responsibilities. Applicable platform notices and agreements will explain that processing when those services are accessed. This website policy does not serve as clinical research consent.

Questions about this policy may be sent to

hello@mastertable.com

.

2. Information you provide

When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organization, and inquiry details. Some fields may be optional. We also retain correspondence needed to respond and follow up.

When you subscribe to a newsletter, we collect your email address, any other information requested in the signup form, and records of your subscription preferences and unsubscribe requests.

Please do not submit patient records, identifiable research data, medical histories, or confidential client documents through the public contact form. Contact us first if an engagement requires an appropriate method for exchanging sensitive information.

3. Website activity and Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site. Depending on the configuration and your choices, analytics may process cookie or device identifiers, browser and device characteristics, pages viewed, interactions, referral information, and approximate location. Website hosting and security services may also process technical logs, including IP addresses.

Google Analytics uses technologies such as cookies to measure website activity. Google’s handling of information is explained at

https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

and

https://policies.google.com/privacy

.

When you first visit our website, a cookie banner asks for your choice about analytics cookies. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent first, and Google Analytics does not run until they accept. Visitors elsewhere are told that we use analytics cookies and can decline them at any time. You can change your choice whenever you like through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. We use Google Consent Mode to pass your choice to Google Analytics.

We have not enabled Google Analytics advertising features, including Google Signals and ads personalization, and our analytics are not linked to any advertising account. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of analytics cookies.

You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on at

https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

. That add-on does not control every form of website logging or replace any privacy rights available to you.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; discuss services and potential engagements; send newsletters to subscribers; administer subscription preferences; understand and improve website use; maintain website security; keep relevant business records; and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe through the email’s unsubscribe link or request assistance at

hello@mastertable.com

.

5. Service providers and other disclosures

We use providers that support website hosting, form handling, business email, newsletter delivery, and analytics. Information relevant to those functions may be processed by those providers. Google provides our website analytics.

We currently use the following service providers:

  • Webflow, Inc.

    — website hosting and contact form handling. Contact form submissions are stored in Webflow and sent to our team by email.

  • Google LLC

    — website analytics (Google Analytics).

  • CookieYes

    — cookie consent management, including a record of the choices you make in our cookie banner.

  • hello@mastertable.com

    — our business email, including the notifications we receive when you submit the contact form.

We do not currently send newsletters. If we introduce one, we will name the newsletter provider here and state whether it tracks email opens or clicks.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and security, or address misuse. If a business transaction involves transfer of relevant personal information, we will handle it subject to applicable law and provide notice where required.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. Our website does not use advertising cookies.

6. Retention

We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, taking account of the nature of the information, an ongoing inquiry or relationship, applicable recordkeeping duties, and the need to maintain subscription choices. Limited suppression information may be retained to avoid sending newsletters after an unsubscribe request.

Specifically:

  • Contact inquiries

    — kept for 24 months  after our last communication with you, unless they lead to an engagement, in which case they are kept as part of our records for that engagement.

  • Google Analytics data

    — automatically deleted after 14 months.

  • Cookie consent records

    — kept for 12 months as a record of the choice you made.

  • Backups

    — our providers may keep backup copies for a limited period after deletion, under their own retention practices.

7. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to provide optional information, unsubscribe from newsletters, and manage cookies as described above. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, or restrictions or objections to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, applicable law may allow you to withdraw it.

Send requests to

hello@mastertable.com

. We may need information to verify your identity and understand the request. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any applicable limitations. Where the law provides an appeal or complaint route, you may use that route; additional jurisdiction-specific instructions will be provided as required.

8. International processing

Master Table is based in the United States. Depending on the providers used, information may be processed in the United States or other countries. Requirements for international transfers depend on the information, participants, and applicable law.

Our website is hosted by Webflow, which stores website data, including contact form submissions, in the United States. Google may process analytics data in the United States and other countries where it operates. CookieYes stores consent records in data centers in the European Union.

When personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland is transferred to the United States, it is protected by recognized transfer mechanisms. Webflow and Google participate in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, including its UK Extension and the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Webflow’s data processing terms also include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

9. Security

No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information through public website forms. If you believe information submitted to us has been exposed or misused, contact

hello@mastertable.com

.

Our website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and contact form submissions are sent to our hosting provider over HTTPS. Access to form submissions, our website platform, and our analytics is limited to authorized members of our team

[, and those accounts are protected by two-factor authentication]

.

10. Children and patient learning

The public website is intended to describe services and provide resources. It is not a channel for collecting children’s study records or medical information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information that should be reviewed or removed, contact us.

Patient learning through UNIT will require age-appropriate access arrangements and applicable privacy notices where relevant. This policy does not establish consent or authorization for a child’s course participation or involvement in research.

11. Links and policy changes

External websites have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, services, or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
