1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern use of the public website at
www.mastertable.com
, operated by Master Table, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Master Table,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before using the website. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

The website provides information about our consulting, research, analytics, and training offerings, together with blogs, case studies, white papers, and other resources. It also allows visitors to submit inquiries and subscribe to newsletters.

2. Website information and professional engagements

Our services include study protocol development, statistical analysis plans, biostatistics, scientific writing, real-world evidence research, health economics and outcomes research, and health economic modeling. Information on this website describes our offerings generally; it does not constitute an agreement to provide a particular service.

Submitting an inquiry or receiving a response does not establish a consulting engagement or require either party to proceed. Scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, confidentiality, data handling, ownership of project work, and other engagement terms will be addressed in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the services it covers if it conflicts with these website terms.

3. UNIT and PING

UNIT means Unified Network for Instructional Training. It is our learning management system for patient learning and professional training. PING means Panel Intelligence Navigation Grid. It displays engagement analytics from UNIT.

The public website advertises training and accepts inquiries. Access to courses, accounts, organizational dashboards, or other platform functions may require separate enrollment, authorization, and applicable platform agreements and privacy notices. These website terms do not grant access to patient-level or organizational information.

Descriptions of training goals express intended benefits, not guaranteed trial outcomes. Participation in learning does not itself establish clinical competence, professional certification, patient understanding, or improved clinical trial performance. Any accreditation or credential will be identified expressly if offered.

4. Educational information and research decisions

Website resources provide general information. They do not replace medical advice, study-specific instructions, informed consent, ethics review, legal advice, or the judgment of qualified professionals. Patients should direct care and study-participation questions to their healthcare professionals or study teams. The website is not an emergency service.

Analyses and models depend on the question, data, methods, and assumptions used. No website statement guarantees regulatory approval, reimbursement, publication acceptance, clinical benefit, or a particular economic or operational outcome. Hypothetical examples and illustrative data are not client results.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful informational purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; interfere with the website; impersonate another person; submit unlawful or infringing content; or use the website to obtain information you are not authorized to access.

Please provide accurate contact details when requesting a response. Do not use the public contact form to send patient records, identifiable research data, passwords, or confidential client materials. If a project requires sensitive information, contact us first to arrange an appropriate exchange process.

6. Content and marks

Website text, graphics, course descriptions, designs, and other materials are owned by Master Table or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. You may view the website and download resources made available for that purpose for personal or internal informational use, while preserving attribution and notices. Other reproduction, redistribution, resale, or adaptation requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law or the resource’s stated license.

MASTER TABLE is a registered service mark of Master Table, LLC, U.S. Registration No. 8,228,383. The Master Table logo design with the MASTER TABLE wording is separately registered under U.S. Registration No. 8,173,647. References to these registrations concern the respective marks and covered services.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Website access does not grant a license to use our marks as your own or imply our endorsement.

7. Inquiries and newsletters

We use information submitted through the website as described in our
Privacy Policy
. Newsletter subscription is separate from submitting a service inquiry. Subscribers may unsubscribe using the instructions in the email or contact
hello@mastertable.com
for assistance. Administrative messages relating to an inquiry or an existing engagement may continue where appropriate.

8. External resources

Links to third-party websites are provided for reference or convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Linking to a resource does not imply an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee of its accuracy.

9. Availability and limitations

We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but information can become outdated and access may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general informational materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Master Table will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides obligations in a separate written engagement agreement.

10. Changes and access restrictions

We may update website content and these terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Where applicable law requires additional notice of material changes, we will provide it. Changes will not retroactively change a separate signed agreement. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements.

11. Governing law

These website terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. These terms do not remove protections or remedies that applicable law does not allow parties to waive.
